Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

Custom orders may require additional time, and we will notify you if any delays occur.

We offer Standard shipping via UPS.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the provided link.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking it down.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

International Shipping (if applicable)

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note that customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Local Pick up/Will Call Pickup

You will receive a pickup confirmation email when your order is ready. Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation.

A valid order confirmation and ID may be required at pickup.
